In recent years, SFS has made significant breakthroughs in national level research projects, research papers published by authoritative journals, and academic monographs published by authoritative publishing houses. It has undertaken and completed 2 national social science fund projects, nearly 30 provincial and ministerial level projects, and more than 100 other projects. It has published more than 80 CSSCI, SSCI, and SCI indexed papers, published more than 20 academic monographs, compiled 5 planned textbooks, and won 6 provincial and ministerial level scientific research awards and 8 provincial teaching achievement awards.
