1.学院简介

1975年，河南农业大学在全国率先开办烟草本科专业，开创中国烟草高等教育之先河。2008年学校院系调整，成立烟草学院。2009年中国烟草总公司（国家烟草专卖局）与河南农业大学签订战略合作框架协议，共建烟草学院。

学院现设有烟草、食品科学与工程（烟草工程）和香料香精技术与工程等3个本科专业；建有烟草学、烟草科学与工程、农艺与种业（烟草方向）、生物与医药（烟草工程方向）等4个烟草类硕士点，1个烟草学博士点。拥有学士、硕士、博士和博士后完整的高等教育人才培养体系。其中，烟草专业入选国家级一流本科专业建设点，被评为国家级特色专业、河南省一流专业；烟草工程硕士点被评为“河南省特色品牌硕士专业学位授权点”。烟草栽培学荣获国家精品课程、国家精品资源共享课程、省精品课程等荣誉；拥有省级一流课程4门，省优秀基层教学组织1个，省内外教学实习基地20多个。

烟草学学科被评为河南省第八批、第九批重点建设学科。学院建有国家烟草栽培生理生化研究基地、烟草行业烟草栽培重点实验室、农业部烟草生物学与加工科学观测实验站等8个省部级科研平台。

现有教职工89人，其中教授13人，副教授25人，副研究员1人，博士生导师7人，硕士生导师47人，具有博士学位教师78人，国务院政府特殊津贴1人，中国烟草学会常务理事1人，国家烟草专卖局科技委委员2人，国家烟草专卖局学科带头人2人，河南省管优秀专家1人，河南省创新争先奖章获得者1人，河南省学术技术带头人2人，河南省拔尖人才2人，河南省骨干教师4人，河南省文明教师3人。

学院坚持“以人为本、崇尚学术、追求卓越”的办学理念和“立足河南，面向全国，服务行业，走向世界”的办学定位，以立德树人为根本，以强农兴农为己任，以培养拔尖创新人才和行业领军人才为目标。秉承“宽口径，厚基础”的教育理念，构建“通专平衡，通专相宜”的课程体系。坚持以学生为中心，打造科教融合、产学结合、校企联合、专业共享共建的人才培养模式。

学院先后与中国烟草总公司、江西省局、四川省局、海南省局、湖北省局、河南中烟、四川中烟长城雪茄烟厂、湖北中烟三峡烟厂、贵州毕节、吉林蛟河、河南三门峡、洛阳、南阳等行业单位签订了战略合作框架协议。学院以“科技兴烟”为宗旨，源源不断地为行业提供科技创新成果，输送高端技术人才，为推动烟草行业高质量发展做出了卓越的贡献。

Introduction to College of Tobacco Science

In 1975, Henan Agricultural University took the lead in China in establishing the undergraduate major of tobacco science, which was thepioneering event in the field of higher education in China. In 2008, the College of Tobacco Science was established during the college and department adjustment in HAU, and in 2009, China National Tobacco Corporation (State Tobacco Monopoly Administration) signed a framework agreement on strategic cooperation with Henan Agricultural University to co-construct the College of Tobacco science.

Up to now, there are three undergraduate majors in the college, which are Tobacco Science, Food Science and Engineering (Tobacco Engineering) and Flavor and Fragrance Technology & Engineering. The college also has four master degree program in Tobacco Science, Tobacco Engineering, Agronomy and Seed Industry (Tobacco science direction), Biology and Medicine (Tobacco Engineering direction), and one doctoral degree program in Tobacco Science. Thus far, the college has established a complete higher education personnel training system of bachelor's degree, master's degree, doctoral degree and postdoctoral research center. It is worth mentioning that the Tobacco Science major has been selected as the national first-class undergraduate major construction site, and it has also been appraised as one of the state-level characteristic majors and the first-class majors in Henan Province. The master’s degree program in Tobacco Engineering has been appraised as one of the “special brand master’s degree authorization points in Henan Province”. The Tobacco Cultivation course has won several honors such as National Excellent Course, National Excellent Resource Sharing Course, and Provincial Excellent Course.So far, the college has totally 4 provincial-level first-class courses, 1 provincial-level excellent grassroots teaching organization, and more than 20 teaching internship bases both inside and outside Henan province.

The discipline of tobacco science has been rated as a key construction discipline in the eighth and ninth batches of Henan Province.The college has established 8 provincial-level scientific research platforms, including the National Tobacco Cultivation Physiology and Biochemistry Research Base, the Key Laboratory of Tobacco Cultivation in the Tobacco Industry, and the Tobacco Biology and Processing Science Observation Experimental Station of Ministry of Rural Agriculture of the PRC.

The college currently has 89 faculty members, including 13 professors, 25 associate professors, 1 associate researcher, 7 doctoral supervisors, 47 master's supervisors, with 78 teachers having doctoral degrees, 1 expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, 1 executive director of the China Tobacco Society, 2 members of the Science and Technology Committee of the National Tobacco Monopoly Administration, 2 disciplinary leaders of the National Tobacco Monopoly Administration, and 1 outstanding expert in Henan Province, 1 recipient of the Henan Province Innovation Excellence Medal, 2 academic and technological leaders in Henan Province, 2 outstanding talents in Henan Province, 4 backbone teachers in Henan Province, and 3 civilized teachers in Henan Province.

The college adheres to the schooling philosophy of “humanity centered, science advocated, and pursuing excellence”, and to the educational positioning of “based in Henan, facing the whole country, serving the Tobacco industry, going to the world”. It takes moral education as the foundation, strengthening agriculture as its own responsibility, and cultivating top-notch innovative talents and industry-leading talents as the educational goal.Adhering to the educational philosophy of “broad caliber and solid foundation”, the college has built a curriculum system that is “balanced and suitable for general and specialized education”.Adhering to student-centered approach, the college initiates a student cultivation model that integrates science and education, industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, and major sharing and co-construction.

The college has successively signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with several tobacco industry units such as China National Tobacco Corporation, Jiangxi Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, Sichuan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, Hainan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, Hubei Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, China Tobacco Henan Industrial Co., Ltd., Great Wall Cigar Factory of China Tobacco Sichuan Industrial Co., Ltd., Three Gorges Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Co., Ltd., as well as some other municipal tobacco monopoly bureaus of Bijie, Guizhou, Jiaohe Jilin, Sanmenxia, Luoyang, and Nanyang of Henan,. With the aim of “tobacco rejuvenation through science and technology”, the college continuously contributes scientific and technological innovation achievements to the industry, provides high-level technical talents, and has made outstanding contributions to promote the high-quality development of the tobacco industry.

3.学科简介

烟草学是作物学国家一级学科下属的二级学科，是河南省重点二级学科，所在专业是国家级特色专业和一流专业。烟草学专业始建于1975年，在2021年软科国内专业排名为A+。目前拥有“烟草学”博士后流动站和博士、硕士、学士学位授权点，拥有“国家烟草栽培生理生化研究基地” “烟草行业烟草栽培重点实验室” 农业部“烟草生物学与加工科学观测试验站”等七个省部级科研平台，并与中国烟草总公司、湖北中烟、四川中烟、河南中烟、海南省局、四川局、河南省局等单位签订了战略合作框架协议，共建烟草学院和烟草学科。
       烟草学科紧密围绕河南和全国烟叶生产中存在的重大理论和关键技术问题，积极承担国家及省部级重大课题，深入开展联合攻关，在基础理论研究和技术创新方面取得重大突破，取得了漂浮育苗、平衡施肥、三段式烘烤、密集烤房、特色优质烟叶开发、雪茄原料生产等一批有价值的研究成果。这些成果被国家烟草专卖局、中国烟叶公司作为全国的主推技术实施，创新了现代烟草农业生产模式和生产经营方式，建立了品牌导向型烟叶原料生产体系、中式卷烟低害低焦技术、优质雪茄烟叶生产理论体系，引领了中国烟草科技与生产的发展方向，为我国现代烟草农业的快速推进和烟草行业高质量发展起到了示范带动作用，为行业和相关学术领域所公认，成果的推广应用产生了巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

近年来，烟草学科已形成烟草栽培生理生态、烟草生物育种、烟草调制与加工、烟草工程与技术、烟草化学与调香5个创新团队，特别是在浓香型特色烟叶开发、烟田土壤碳氮调节技术研究与应用、烟叶香气质量形成规律及分型创新、水肥一体化、优质雪茄原料生产等方面取得了一系列成果，并在同类学科中形成了独特优势，在国内相同学科中居领先地位。

目前，在赵铭钦教授带领下，烟草学科加强团队建设，凝练研究方向，拓深优势领域，攻克国家和我省亟需解决重大关键项目，深入开展高水平的理论和应用研究，为中原经济区建设和河南省社会经济的高质量发展做出贡献。

Tobacco science is a second level discipline under the national first level discipline of crop science, and is a key second level discipline in Henan Province. Its major is a national characteristic specialty and first-class specialty. The tobacco science major was founded in 1975 and ranked A+in the domestic soft science major in 2021. At present, there are seven provincial-level scientific research platforms, including the "Tobacco Science" postdoctoral mobile station and doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degree authorization points. There are also seven provincial-level scientific research platforms, including the "National Tobacco Cultivation Physiological and Biochemical Research Base", "Key Laboratory of Tobacco Cultivation in the Tobacco Industry", "Tobacco Biology and Processing Science Observation and Experimental Station" of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the China National Tobacco Corporation, Hubei China Tobacco, Sichuan China Tobacco, Henan China Tobacco, Hainan Provincial Bureau, and Sichuan Bureau Henan Provincial Bureau and other units have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to jointly establish the Tobacco College and Tobacco Discipline.

The tobacco discipline closely focuses on the major theoretical and key technical issues in tobacco production in Henan and the whole country, actively undertakes major national and provincial-level projects, conducts in-depth joint research, and has made significant breakthroughs in basic theoretical research and technological innovation. It has achieved a number of valuable research results, such as floating seedling cultivation, balanced fertilization, three-stage baking, dense curing rooms, development of characteristic high-quality tobacco leaves, and production of cigar raw materials. These achievements have been implemented by the National Tobacco Monopoly Administration and China Tobacco Company as the main technology promoters nationwide, innovating modern tobacco agricultural production and operation modes, establishing a brand oriented tobacco raw material production system, Chinese style cigarette low harm and low coke technology, and high-quality cigar tobacco production theoretical system, leading the development direction of China's tobacco technology and production, It has played a demonstrative and driving role in the rapid promotion of modern tobacco agriculture and the high-quality development of the tobacco industry in China. It is recognized by the industry and related academic fields, and the promotion and application of achievements have produced huge social and economic benefits.

6.成果介绍

《烟草栽培学》课程被评为国家精品课程和视频公开课程，获河南省优秀教学成果一等奖；出版“十三五”国家规划教材6部，专著8部；“教学改革与创新”项目首次获得学校综合二等奖；烟草学科被国家烟草专卖局认定为高层次人才培养基地。

系统选育出豫烟10、11、12三个高香气烤烟品种，实现了高碳基土壤修复肥产业化。在作物学（烟草学）博士后流动站创新工作站（登封）建立了年产5万吨高碳基土壤修复肥生产线，目前已累计推广80多万亩。2016年11月全国人大农业与农村委员会副主任委员郭庚茂视察时给予了充分肯定，2017年6月省委副书记、省长陈润儿视察时称赞道：“我们要从土壤抓起，综合考虑植保、肥料、烤烟等环节，推动烟草传统产业升级”；自选自育的豫烟系列品种示范面积进一步扩大，推广面积占河南省植烟面积的30%；在湖南、河南等烟区新建、改建液体燃料烤房、生物质烤房，实现了自主烘烤与精准烘烤。为我国现代烟草农业的快速推进和特色烟叶开发起到了重大示范带动作用。

近年来，本学科共主持承担国家、省部级等各类科研课题120余项，其中6项国家自然科学基金、1项国家烟草专卖局重大科技专项，累计到账科研经费1.5亿多元。先后获得有44项成果获省部级奖励，其中一等奖9项，二等奖18项；豫烟系列审定品种8个，获准授权专利130余项；发表论文2600余篇，其中SCI、EI收录100余篇，出版教材和专著50多部。

The system has bred three high aroma tobacco varieties, Yuyan 10, 11, and 12, achieving industrialization of high carbon based soil remediation fertilizer. We have established an annual production line of 50000 tons of high carbon based soil remediation fertilizer at the Innovation Workstation (Dengfeng) of the Postdoctoral Mobile Station in Crop Science (Tobacco Science). Currently, we have promoted more than 800000 acres. In November 2016, Guo Gengmao, Vice Chairman of the Agriculture and Rural Committee of the National People's Congress, gave full recognition during his inspection. In June 2017, Chen Runer, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, praised during his inspection, saying, "We should start from the soil, comprehensively consider plant protection, fertilizer, tobacco and other aspects, and promote the upgrading of the traditional tobacco industry."; The demonstration area of the self selected and self raised Yuyan series varieties has been further expanded, with the promotion area accounting for 30% of the tobacco planting area in Henan Province; New and renovated liquid fuel and biomass drying rooms have been built and renovated in tobacco producing areas such as Hunan and Henan, achieving independent and precise baking. It has played a significant demonstration and driving role in the rapid promotion of modern tobacco agriculture and the development of characteristic tobacco leaves in China.

In recent years, this discipline has led and undertaken more than 120 national, provincial, and ministerial level scientific research projects, including 6 National Natural Science Foundation projects and 1 National Tobacco Monopoly Administration major science and technology special project, with a total of over 150 million scientific research funds received. 44 achievements have been awarded at the provincial and ministerial level, including 9 first prizes and 18 second prizes; 8 approved varieties of Yuyan series, with over 130 authorized patents; Published over 2600 papers, including over 100 indexed by SCI and EI, as well as over 50 textbooks and monographs.
