HAU selects outstanding faculty members from her 20 colleges/schools to build the teaching staff of continuing education, which consist of two types: lecturing staff and tutoring staff. The lecturing staff include over 200 professors/associate professors and are responsible for curriculum planning and teaching, 73% possess doctoral degree; the tutoring staff include over 240 faculty members and are responsible for teaching assistance and learning support, 80% possess medium-grade professional titles or above or postgraduate qualifications.
