On March 6th, HAU launched a series of voluntary services at the countryside,which were aimed at carrying forward the volunteer service spirit in practice and promoting the rural revitalization.
To establish a long-team mechanism for youth voluntary services for rural revitalization, our university carried out pilot activities in Taiqian County,Puyang City, where the service team would be ready to carry out a long-term programme to guide these pupils to learn English both online and offline.
In addition,the teachers and students explained the civilization regulations for the masses of Lihu Village, Malou Town. Through visiting the empty nesters
and spreading the health knowledge, the sense of responsibility for rural development has rooted in their heart.
The postgraduate volunteer service team investigated modern agricultural demonstration park, which located in Sun Zhuang, and put forward to combine what they had learned with practice to promote the local agricultural development.
March is called Lei Feng month in China to memorize the volunteer service spirit of Lei Feng. Through these activities, our university would establish a volunteer service base to encourage more college students to participate in voluntary activities and implement the volunteer service spirit.
