China (Henan)--Hungary Economic and Trade Cooperation Matchmaking Conference was held online in Zhengzhou on April 20. On behalf of Henan Agricultural University, Zhang Gainping, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, director of Henan Longhu Modern Immunology Laboratory and professor of Henan Agricultural University, donated 10,000 pieces of ASF rapid test strips, independently developed by his team, to the Hungarian government.
The rapid test strip boasts advantages of convenience, rapidity, accuracy, no pollution and no need of equipment and professionals. The results can be seen by naked eyes in 10 minutes. It is an ideal method for the diagnosis of ASF in the absence of the effective vaccine.
