On July 5, Henan Agricultural University and Henan RuiZhiXiang Agricultural Co., Ltd. jointly built modern agricultural functional crop research institute and donation ceremony was held in Longzi Lake Campus. Chairman Feng Peng, General Manager Song Zhixiang, President of HAU Jie Xiaolei and Academic Vice President Wang Dawen attended the event. The person in charge of the College of Agriculture and teacher representatives attended the event.
On July 3, the university signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Henan RuiZhiXiang Agriculture Co. According to the agreement, Henan RuiZhiXiang Agriculture Co., Ltd. donated 100 million yuan to build a modern agricultural functional crop research institute with HAU to help the university build a "double first-class" university.
