Recently, the Ministry of Education of the PRC announced the results of the filing and approval of undergraduate majors for the 2022 academic year. HAU has been approved for four undergraduate majors, including three record-filing majors in Digital Economy, Feed Engineering, and Smart Forestry, as well as one approved major in Biological Breeding Science.
The approval of these majors is a new initiative for HAU to optimize the layout of majors in response to national needs and socio-economic development, which will help to adjust and improve our discipline and professional structure and enrich professional service. HAU will, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education of the PRC, proactively plan and optimize the professional structure, ensure the quality of talent cultivation, better serve the construction of a strong agricultural province, and contribute to the creation of a world-class agricultural university with Chinese characteristics.
