From August 26th to 27th, the 2023 Annual Conference and Academic Symposium of the Henan Foreign Literature and Comparative Literature Society was held at HAU Longzihu Campus. Vice President Shang Fude attended the opening ceremony. Representatives from the School of Foreign Languages and student delegates also participated in the conference.
This year's conference invited experts and scholars from universities such as Beijing Normal University, Renmin University of China, Shanghai Normal University, Nankai University, China University of Political Science and Law, Yangzhou University, etc. Representatives from the Henan Foreign Literature and Comparative Literature Society and the School of Foreign Languages also took part. The theme of the conference was "Research on Foreign Literature and Comparative Literature in the Context of the New Era," with one main session and four parallel sessions. A total of 11 experts were invited to give keynote speeches, and over 80 delegates engaged in academic paper exchanges.
