According to the latest ESI (Essential Science Indicators) statistics in September 2023, after Microbiology entered the top 1% of ESI in the first half of the year, HAU's discipline of Biology and Biochemistry have achieved a new breakthrough, now ranking among the top 1% globally as the 6th discipline within the university. Concurrently, HAU's distinctive disciplines have continued to rise in the ESI global rankings. Notably, Botany and Zoology rank at 1.97‰, and Agricultural Science stands at 3.885‰.
