On the morning of May 15, the signing and unveiling ceremony for the University Student Internship Base and Language Service Base, jointly established by the Elephant International Communication Center (EICC) of Henan Broadcasting System and our university, took place at Longzihu Campus.
During the ceremony, both parties signed an agreement to co-establish the base. Zhang Junjie, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, along with 11 other foreign language experts, were appointed as members of the expert team of the Elephant International Communication Center. Representatives of the appointed experts delivered speeches.
He Songlin and Xu Xiuli jointly unveiled the University Student Internship Base and Language Service Base.
In his speech, He Songlin congratulated the official establishment of the base. He emphasized that this collaboration is a heart-to-heart connection, in line with the times, practical, and mutually beneficial. He noted the broad cooperation space and unlimited development potential between the two parties. He expressed hope that both sides would continue to consolidate, strengthen, enhance, and embark on new journeys, deeply integrating international communication theory and practice. The goal is to create a comprehensive platform encompassing theoretical research, talent cultivation, and joint translation production, yielding more fruitful results that benefit faculty and students, serve Henan, and resonate globally.
